Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

This policy explains how Brunch Club Limited, trading as Bottomless Brunch Club, uses your personal information when you visit bottomlessbrunchclub.com or book a brunch with us. We are the “controller” of your information. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@bottomlessbrunchclub.com, or by post at Unit 7 Victoria Enterprise Estate, Victoria Avenue, Peacehaven, BN10 8HJ.

What we collect

When you book: your name, email address and phone number, how many are coming and which packages, your food choices and any dietary or allergy notes, any notes you add, and whether you’d like to hear about new dates and offers.

Payments: card payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; we receive a record of the payment.

When you contact us: what you tell us by email or WhatsApp.

Technical information: our hosting provider keeps basic technical records of visits (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the website secure and working. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use it

To take and manage your booking. Your booking details are used to issue your ticket for the brunch, which is organised by Qwerky Events (also run by Brunch Club Limited), so your ticket and emails about your booking come from Qwerky Events: for example your package details (for example your package details, a reminder before the day and, afterwards, a request to review us), changes, refunds and customer service.

To run the event safely: for example, telling the kitchen about allergies and seating your group together. Allergy and dietary information is only used to cater for you.

We don’t send Bottomless Brunch Club marketing emails. If we ever do, we’ll only email people who have said yes, with an unsubscribe link in every email.

To keep proper business and tax records, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Contract: to provide the booking you’ve made. Legitimate interests: to run and improve the brunch and keep our services secure (you can always object). Consent: for any allergy information you give us. Legal obligation: for accounting and tax records.

Who we share it with

Only with the companies that help us run the bookings, each under contract to protect it: Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (secure booking database), Resend (sending emails), Google Workspace (our email inbox) and Cloudflare (website security). We share what’s needed with the venue and our performers on the day (for example names on the guest list and dietary needs). We never sell your information.

Some of these companies store information outside the UK (for example in the USA). Where they do, it’s protected by the UK’s approved safeguards, such as the UK–US data bridge or standard contract clauses.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records: 6 years after the booking, for tax and accounting.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to limit or stop using it, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@bottomlessbrunchclub.com and we’ll reply within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113), but we’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.

Changes

We’ll update this page if anything changes, with the date at the top.
